The Nevada Alumni Association and the Associated Students of the University of Nevada are excited to present Homecoming 2017.

The festivities begin with the 5th Annual March from the Arch Saturday, Oct. 14 when the Nevada men's and women's basketball teams kick things off at 7 p.m. with "Arch Madness" followed by the ASUN Homecoming Parade under the Reno Arch on Virginia Street.

A ceremonial lighting of the arch and performances by the University of Nevada's Pride of the Sierra Marching Band and Spirit and Cheer Team proceed a parade of floats by community businesses and organizations alongside University organizations and clubs. Members of the University's men's and women's basketball teams will be in attendance, along with Coaches Eric Musselman and Amanda Levens, respectively. The crowd is invited to follow the last float and walk up Virginia Street to the historic University Quad for a pep rally, zip line rides, activity booths and fireworks.

The March from the Arch has evolved into a University of Nevada Homecoming tradition, and serves to further connect the City of Reno with the University.
