Parking and transportation

Getting to the Reno Jazz Festival is easy with a variety of parking and transportation options available on and around the University of Nevada, Reno campus. Whether you're driving in, using public transit, or walking from nearby accommodations, this guide will help you plan your visit smoothly.

Bus parking

Buses must park in the designated North Green Lot area off Anelli Ln.

Car parking

• Thursday, April 23: Beginning at 5 p.m., parking is free for all attendees and on all levels of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex.
• Friday, April 24 daytime: Visitors can park on level 6 of the West Stadium Parking Complex (all-day parking) or level 1 of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex (4-hours max). Parking passes are required for Friday, April 24 and can be purchased onsite.
• Friday, April 24 evening: Beginning at 5 p.m., parking is free for all attendees on levels 1-4 of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex.
• Saturday, April 25: Visitors can park on level 6 of the West Stadium Parking Complex or level 1 of the Brian Whalen Parking Complex (no charge on Saturday).

Equipment loading/unloading

Daytime: Official unloading/loading areas for performers and instruments/equipment

• Passenger vehicles: Church Fine Arts Building Loading Zone (1335 N. Virginia St.)
• Busses: Lawlor Events Center Loading Zone (1500 N. Virginia St.)
