Summary

Meg Pohlod is an artist based in Reno, Nevada, and the Bay Area. She is the Program Director of the MFA in Interdisciplinary Art at the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe campus. She holds an MFA in printmaking from the University of Alberta and BFA in printmaking from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has been a recipient of the Redfield Fellowship award, the California Society of Printmaking Residency award, and the Robert Rauschenberg Grant. In addition to these awards, she has been a visiting artist at the University of Texas at El Paso, Memorial University - Grenfell Campus in Newfoundland, Canada, and Utah State University in Logan, Utah. She has exhibited work nationally and internationally at Western Kentucky University, Kimura Gallery at University of Alaska Anchorage, Kent State University for the MAPC Conference, and at the IMPACT 10 conference in Santander, Spain.
