Hi everyone! I am first generation Native American MACC student with and bachelor's degree in Accounting at UNR. Hopefully, I will graduate with my master's in the Spring of 2023. I have been through all the required Pre-Business classes like everyone.
I spent the last 19 years in school without any breaks. I know how it feels to be burnt out and not want to care. I recommend taking advantage of the University's gym, Student Health Center and Counseling Services. All resources helped me de-stress and not quit school (as I wanted to give up many times).
However, I am not just about school. My favorite activity recently has been going to concerts. Last year, I attended 15 different concerts. It was amazing to travel to other states and experience what each artist had to offer.
If you have questions about the CPA exam or being an accountant, please don't hesitate to ask. I am studying for the CPA exam currently. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to discuss a path in accounting, especially if it is Carbon Accounting, as this is the ultimate goal I want to research more in life!
