Katherine Lacy received her Ph.D. in Economics from Iowa State University in 2018. Her research focus is on topics related to environmental economics, agricultural economics, and experimental economics. Specifically, her current research focuses on understanding consumers’ use of food labels and targeted information when making decisions as well as analyzing the development of antibiotic resistance and pesticide resistance.
