5,455: University Arboretum

The University of Nevada, Reno campus is a state arboretum.

To protect trees and shrubs on the university and for human safety, the university prohibits slacklining, hammocking, and other sporting activities that involve tying straps or ropes to trees, or any other activities that could be harmful to the university's trees, shrubs, or other woody plants. Individuals shall be held responsible for damage caused to university property and injuries to themselves or others as a result of violations to this policy.
