The Office of Planning, Budget and Analysis (PBA) is a collaborative partner to the university community by providing accurate, timely, and useful information while delivering exemplary customer service.

Associate Vice President, Shawn Norman

Shawn Norman was appointed Associate Vice President of Planning, Budget & Analysis (PBA) in October, 2018. In Norman’s capacity as Associate Vice President, he oversees the development, allocation and monitoring of the institution's budgets, data collection and analysis of student enrollment and decision support analysis.

Budget Office

The Budget Office is responsible for the development, allocation and monitoring of the institution's state-appropriated and self-supporting budgets.

Decision Support

The Office of Decision Support provides business intelligence and analytics to university leadership to support a culture of data-driven decision making.

Institutional Analysis

Institutional Analysis is the institutional source for census enrollment numbers, collects and coordinates system-wide information about the University.
