Celebrating KIDS U instructor, Phil Harriman

May 29, 2026

Phil Harriman is a longtime teacher of English themed camps for KIDS University; a kids camp on the University of Nevada, Reno campus put on by the Department of Extended Studies. Harriman has been around almost as long as KIDS U has, about 30 years, and he continues to come back and teach for KIDS U every summer with a smile on his face and curriculum that parents and students love.

Harriman is approachable, compassionate, passionate and fun. KIDS U is grateful for all of his years of serving our community of campers, and we hope he continues to keep coming back!
