In an effort to even further expand TED's overall reach, organizers of TED2017 are making this year's conference available to view in cinemas across the country. In Reno, TED junkies can participate in the TED Cinema Experience at Century Riverside 12.

The theater will host three TED Cinema events - Monday, April 24, Tuesday, April 25 and a TEDxUniversityofNevada-sponsored Highlights Exclusive Sunday, April 30. The video's program will include a new interview with Elon Musk about what an exciting future looks like, among other inspiring and insightful TED Talks and performances from the week.

Organizers of TEDxUniversityofNevada, who hosted their sixth event in January 2017, continue to find ways to inspire and engage northern Nevada in this format of worldwide dialogue.

In addition to the Cinema Experience, TEDxUniversityofNevada will live stream part of the TED2017 conference at The Innevation Center Thursday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Both screenings will offer inspirational speeches, thought provoking commentary and spellbinding performances that help the TED brand captivate the world. The three separate TED Cinema Experience screenings include the Opening Night Event (Live), TED Prize Event (Live), and the Highlights Exclusive. Each screening will be two hours long and encompass both the event and behind-the-scenes content that will allow viewers an inside look at what it's really like to attend a TED event.

Tickets for each of the three TED Cinema Experience showings are $18. The live screening of TED2017 at The Innevation Center is free and open to the public.
