Summary
Justice Kristina Pickering serves on the Nevada Supreme Court, where she was elected in 2008 following a distinguished career in complex civil litigation. A native of northern Nevada, she graduated with honors from Yale University and earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis, where she served on the law review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Justice Pickering is a life member of the American Law Institute and has contributed to national legal reform efforts, including the Federal Judicial Code Revision Project and the Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers.
