As Associate Director of the Center for Constitutional Law, she oversees strategic planning, program development, statewide partnerships and the implementation of signature initiatives, such as the National Speaker Series and the Summer Institute for Nevada Civics Teachers. Bubnova brings extensive expertise in institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, government affairs, marketing and academic administration.
