Nevada Public Records Act Requests

The Office of Administration and Finance at the University of Nevada, Reno is responsible for responding to requests made under the Nevada Public Records Act (N.R.S. 239 et seq).

Submit a public records request online

Please use the online form to submit a Public Records Request directly to the Division of Administration and Finance.

Submit a public records request by mail, fax or in-person

Please complete the Public Records Request Form and either email the completed form to, fax to Public Records at (775) 784-1774 or mail it to Administration and Finance office.

Fees for public records requests

In accordance with Nevada System of Higher Education Procedures and Guidelines Manual, Chapter 4, Section 18, approved April 29, 2014, the University is allowed to charge for public records at $.10 per page after the first twenty (20) pages.
