The Office of Service-Learning and Civic Engagement (OSLCE) is an initiative under the Office of the Provost at the University of Nevada, Reno. Our office is focused on enriching the overall academic and university experience for all students through meaningful community-based learning experiences. We connect and integrate the campus, classroom, and community through sustainable partnerships, learning assessment, and impact tracking. Read more about the OSLCE.
Staff at the OSLCE will work with students one-on-one or in groups to help you maximize your service experience. We are here to help you find engagement opportunities, to assist you with reflective assignments, presentations for your class or community partner, and to provide consultations on your service projects for community partners. Beginning Sept 30th, drop-in hours are Monday's and Thursday's from 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Thompson Building, room 101E. Students can also schedule an appointment at email@example.com .
