Within the Office of New Student Initiatives, our purpose is to make sure new students at Nevada succeed academically, socially and emotionally in their first year of college. We know if new students adapt well to college life, they are far more likely to continue to the second year and through graduation. If you, as a student or a parent/guardian, have any questions regarding Nevada and the first year of college, please contact us.
