Explore the roots of Western civilization

The University of Nevada, Reno offers a wide range of courses on the literature, culture and history of Medieval and Renaissance Europe, from the end of the Roman Empire to the 16th century. An interdisciplinary minor is built on these offerings along with courses connected to this period and is designed to encourage students to explore the roots of Western civilization.
