Established in 1989 as the first academically oriented program of its kind, the Institute has increased awareness about gambling and gaming issues through a comprehensive program that offers academic research and practical experience.
The Institute has created a list of suggested literature that discuss various gambling and gaming topics including mathematical applications, casino management and administration, casino marketing and gambling addiction.
The Institute offers students a number of opportunities to learn about the gaming and gambling industry. Programs include an undergraduate minor, MBA in Gaming Management and professional certification.
