Manzanita Bowl

Surrounding the inviting lawn of Manzanita Bowl are many examples of mature trees that do well in our area. Tree species include Colorado Blue Spruce, Hopa Crabapple, Black Locust, Amur Maple, Pyramidal Arborvitae, Norway Spruce, Russian Olive, Thundercloud Plum, Silver Maple and Giant Sequoia. A row of European White Elms forms a stately southern border along Ninth Street. This is a great spot to picnic, sunbathe, study, recreate or watch birds.
