About Title IX
Title IX prohibits discrimination based on sex, which includes sexual misconduct. If you are a victim of sexual assault or sexual misconduct, please contact the EO/TIX Office. The University will take prompt and effective steps to end sexual misconduct and will provide interim measures and resources to assist our students.
