Department of Criminal Justice Associate Professor Jennifer Lanterman joins journal of the Western Society of Criminology as a three-year editor

Associate Professor Jennifer Lanterman has started a three-year term as the Editor of Criminology, Criminal Justice, Law & Society, a journal of the Western Society of Criminology that will be housed in the School of Social Research and Justice Studies.

Per the journal website, it "is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that promotes understanding of the causes of crime; the methods used to prevent and control crime; the institutions, principles, and actors involved in the apprehension, prosecution, punishment, and reintegration of offenders; and the legal and political framework under which the justice system and its primary actors operate.”

The journal is interested in disciplinary and interdisciplinary research, and it is particularly interested in translational research.
