Nevada Alumna Leah John (2019-2024) earned her LPGA tour card for the 2026 through her top-25 finish at LPGA final qualifying this week in Alabama.

John has maintained great form in the professional golf world since graduating in the spring of 2024. John notched a win on the Epson Tour in 2025 at the Four Winds Invitational in South Bend, as well as qualifying as the medallist at the Del Paso U.S. Open qualifier to qualify for the 2025 U.S. Open at Erin Hills.

During her time with the Wolf Pack, John won four individual titles at The Show at Spanish Trail (2022), Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational (2023), Golf Iconic Classic (2023) and The Causeway Invitational (2024). Her three-win season is one of the best in program history, and she holds the second-best scoring average in program history for that season at 72.7. John earned second-team all-Mountain West honors in her senior season.

John will have LPGA Tour status for the 2026 season, she will be able to play a full LPGA Tour schedule, subject to field limits and priority category.
