Discovery alumni magazine took bronze in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s Circle of Excellence Awards

The 2022 edition of the College of Science's annual alumni magazine, Discovery, took bronze in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s Circle of Excellence Awards this year.

The 68-page magazine featured stories about students, faculty, alumni, and more, and recognized the importance and value of various endowments, funds and scholarships in the College of Science.

Discovery magazine was produced by Jennifer Kent (editor and art director) and Michelle Werdann (associate editor), and had contributions from a number of people in the College of Science and the broader community.

The Circle of Excellence Awards honor exceptional work in advancement, and included 500+ winning entries in magazines, fundraising, marketing, communications, alumni relations, and more from institutions of all sizes across the globe this year.
