End of the Academic Year
May 14, 2025
Dear Wolf Pack Family,
As instruction comes to a close for the spring semester and we celebrate our 2025 Spring Commencement Ceremonies on the Quad, I wish to take a moment to thank you all for the many contributions you’ve made this year.
The learning and teaching that goes on in our classrooms, the groundbreaking research that is conducted in our laboratories and in the field, and the strong connection we have with our communities represent a collective wellspring of achievement that is transforming the future of our University and the State of Nevada.
The past year has not been without its challenges, but I am convinced that it is the special nature of our campus community – the values we uphold, the compassion and care we show for one another – that has made us Nevada’s best idea and the key to a better future for all.
On May 15-17, our beautiful and historic Quad will play host yet again to our annual Spring Commencement. I look forward to seeing all of our graduates over these three days, sharing in the joy of this incredible accomplishment in their lives. I wish to also thank our incredible faculty and staff for providing the best possible educational experience for the Class of 2025.
Visit the Spring Commencement website for the schedule of this week’s ceremonies. The University Maps webpage is a great source for all location information.
Thank you all for the amazing work you’ve done.
Go Pack!
Sincere regards,
Brian Sandoval
President
