Dear Wolf Pack Family,

Welcome back to campus! We hope the start of the academic year has been a good one — a time to reconnect with colleagues and friends and feel the energy and optimism that this time of year always brings. We are all so grateful to our facilities team for making our campus one of the most beautiful in all of higher education.

The start of the fall semester also means the beginning of the sports season for our men’s and women’s athletic teams! The Wolf Pack football team’s home opener against the University of Idaho Vandals is scheduled to kick off at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Mackay Stadium. The Department of Athletics is offering a special discounted ticket offer for faculty, staff and their families — $10 for individual general admission tickets! Faculty and staff can access this special offer through the promotional code PACKSTAFF and can purchase the tickets online.

We are also encouraging our students to join our new student section, “The Wolves Den,” and come out in force to support the Wolf Pack. Our students are so important to the incredible atmosphere that is Wolf Pack football. Information on obtaining student tickets is available online.

We have an exciting semester in front of us with so many opportunities to enjoy activities, sports, special events and performances on our campus. All of these are great opportunities for students, faculty, staff and friends from the community to come together in meaningful and memorable ways to support The Wolf Pack Family.
