Guild partners with employers and academic institutions nationwide to provide a curated selection of high-quality education and learning programs

These options include online courses and programs from the University of Nevada, Reno and Nevada Online. These programs offer working adults the support, guidance, and resources they need to succeed, ensuring that their newly acquired skills lead to in-demand career opportunities.

Guild is also collaborating with the University of Nevada, Reno's in-person programs to meet the same needs of employers. Nevada Online provides online undergraduate and graduate degrees, certificates, and courses. Each employer partnering with Guild selects the specific learning programs they will support and the amount of funding available each calendar year. To find out which programs are covered by your benefits and when you become eligible, visit your employer’s Guild website.

Getting started with the University of Nevada, Reno

Follow the steps below to complete your application for the Guild Tuition Benefit Program.

  1. Find your degree program. Select your program of interest, including on-campus degrees and online-based academic options.
  2. Apply to the University. Complete all application requirements to be considered for admission to the University of Nevada, Reno.
  3. Submit your sponsorship request*. After completing your admission requirements, submit your sponsorship letter that includes tuition coverage information, through the Guild platform.
  4. Finalize next steps. After you’re approved through the Guild application process, you will receive an email with your next steps from the University of Nevada, Reno.

*Students can complete their sponorship letters no earlier than 30 days before the preferred semester start date. Your application to the University must be complete prior to this step.
