Peavine Hall, a five-story LEED certified residence hall, opened to students in August of 2015. The hall features both individual rooms with private baths and suite-style rooms with shared baths. Beautiful lounges are found throughout the building to facilitate studying, socialization and recreation, and laundry and vending facilities are on site. This is the only residence hall on campus with a wellness theme.
