Nevada Undergraduate Research Symposium

Share the results of your undergraduate research project at this major annual symposium. Over 100 undergraduate students present their work to students, faculty and the community at this annual symposium. The event begins at 12:45 pm in the Joe Crowley Student Union Theater on the third floor. After oral presentations and performances are complete, the event will move to the fourth floor ballrooms of the Joe where students will be presenting their posters. The event ends at 5 pm. Registered presenters are required to arrive between 11 am and 12:30 pm to sign-in and set up their poster, prepare for their oral presentation or get ready for their performance.
All University undergraduates involved in research, scholarship and creative activities are encouraged to register. Students who are funded through the Undergraduate Research are required to participate.
We invite all of the campus community to attend and see the broad range of undergraduate research being conducted at the University.

Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium

The summer poster session for undergraduate student researchers provides a forum for all undergraduate students, regardless of discipline and funding source, to present their research projects in a campus-wide event and receive recognition and feedback from peers and faculty.
All University undergraduates involved in research, scholarship and creative activities are encouraged to register. Those who do not meet the registration deadline can still participate but will not be included in the printed program. Students who are funded through the Undergraduate Research during the summer are required to participate. Student presenters will be expected to be present from 2:00pm to 4:30pm on the event date. For those planning to view the student presentations, doors open at 2:30pm.
