TRiO Scholars Program - A support program for First-Generation students.

McNair Scholars Program - A support program for First-Generation students planning to pursue education beyond their undergraduate degree.

College Life 101 - A support program for First-Generation, low-income students.

Academic Resources

Tutoring Center - Receive free group tutoring

Writing Center - Receive free help with all forms of college writing assignments

Math Center - Receive free help with math homework and preparing for midterms and finals

Academic Advising - Receive advising in choosing a major, registering for classes, career exploration, etc.

Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center - Get access to online library resources as well as campus computer labs, equipment rentals and technology resources

Technology Support - Get assistance with computing and technology needs

Health Resources

Downing Clinic - Receive free counseling services

Counseling Services - Receive free counseling services

E.L. Wiegand Fitness Center- UNR's Gym and Recreational facility

Student Health Center - Medical services, majority of which are free or offered at a low cost to students

Transportation and Safety Resources

Campus Escort Service - Receive a ride at night, when it's unsafe to walk alone; transports students on campus and within a 2 mile radius of the campus perimeter

UNR Police Services - On campus, UNR police

Parking Services - Purchase a parking pass, get information on additional forms of transportation

The Center for Student Cultural Diversity - Provides academic and social success support services for ALL students

Office of International Students and Scholars - Provides support and advice to international students

Intensive English Language Center - Services for learning and improving English language skills

University Studies Abroad Consortium - Obtain information about studying abroad
