Uniform Guidance

Having taken effect December 26, 2014, the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements (Uniform Guidance) for Federal Awards is the latest reform of the Federal Government's guidance on grants management. The Uniform Guidance supplants and consolidates several OMB Circulars into a single regulatory policy that governs how state and local governments, Indian tribes, institutions of higher education and non-profit organizations manage federal awards.
