NEVADA SCHOOLS: $110 / PER BAND, COMBO, CHOIR
IN ADDITION TO THE GROUP REGISTRATION FEE, ALL ATTENDEES MUST PURCHASE A FESTIVAL PASS FOR ENTRANCE INTO ALL FESTIVAL COMPETITION ROOMS, CLINIC ROOMS AND EVENING CONCERTS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE PASSES / TICKETS WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FEE. PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH March 15, 2020 AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.

We accept and schedule groups based on receipt of both registration information and payment of registration fees.
[ Three ]
Performance spots fill up QUICKLY. SCHOOLS are encouraged to register early. If registration occurs after ALL performance spots have been filled, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR PLACEMENT ON THE WAITLIST. Group registration fees are required TO BE ON THE WAITLIST. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF YOUR GROUP IS NOT ACCEPTED INTO THE FESTIVAL OR YOU CHOOSE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE WAITLIST.

All students, directors, parents and chaperones must purchase a festival pass (colored wristbands) for access to festival events. In order to receive the group rate, passes must be purchased by the director, otherwise GENERAL ADMISSION FESTIVAL prices will apply. Passes purchased by March 15, 2020 will receive a discount. Passes can be pre-ordered until April 17, 2020.

For high school groups, the competition division depends upon the school’s specific enrollment number, so have this information on hand BEFORE registering.

The Reno Jazz Festival reserves the right to use any photographs taken during the festival in accordance with the University of Nevada, Reno Photo Release Policy.

Registration and Group passes can be purchased through the following methods:
Credit Card Registration
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You will be asked for your card information at the end of online registration.
Check / Purchase Order Registration
To register by check or purchase order you must select “invoice me” as the payment method at the end of online registration. After completing your registration, you will receive a system generated confirmation email – THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE. Within 1-2 business days of your order date, you will receive an invoice via email attachment. Please send a copy of this invoice with your check or purchase order. Payment must be received WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS of the invoice date. Checks or purchase orders not received WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS will result in a CANCELLATION of festival registration.
A confirmation email will be sent out once registration is complete and payment has been received in full.
Last day for "invoice me payment" option is March 31, 2020.
Group Registration Refund
• Full registration refunds will be given until March 6, 2020.
• Partial registration refunds will be given March 7 thru April 16, 2020.
• In-State (per group): $50 cancellation fee
• Out-of-State (per group): $100 cancellation fee
Full refund through April 16, 2020. No cancellation fee for pass refunds.
**NO REFUNDS for group registration fees or passes starting April 17, 2020**
