Please join Board of Regents Chair, Jason Geddes and Nevada System of Higher Education Chancellor Thom Reilly, during a series of forum discussions that will be held on Wednesday, November 13.

The conversation will include discussion of a national search or interim appointment of the president of the University of Nevada, Reno following the decision of President Marc Johnson to return to faculty. The chair of the Board of Regents and the chancellor are not seeking names of candidates during these forums. Specific names may be suggested to Chancellor Reilly by email at treilly@nshe.nevada.edu. The input will be used at the Board of Regents meeting on December 5 - 6 to determine whether to appoint an interim president and if a national search should be conducted for the institution’s next president.
