Edward Prempeh – Ghana

As CEO for CocoFresh Fruities Enterprise, Mr. Prempeh wanted to provide a solution to curb the high rate of unemployment in his community and country through creative, innovative and hygienic alternative to the manner in which the coconut fruit business was being conducted. He feels strongly about helping youth in his community as he realizes that the youth were prone to engage in social vices due to lack of employment opportunities. He also maintains a strong interest in quantity surveying and construction management because of a strong desire and passion to contribute towards a significant transformation in the development of his home country. In the future, Mr. Prempeh has ambitions to join Ghana’s Parliament to advocate for economic progression and aquatic environmental protections.
