COVID-19 safety protocols for the Global Gala
Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID 19 PCR test taken within 72 hours will be required at check-in in order to attend our event. All guests should bring a physical vaccination card a photo of their vaccination card on their phone to present to NNIC staff at check-in.
In response to COVID-19, and in alignment with local, state and U.S. Center for Disease Control guidelines, face coverings are required at all times in all indoor public spaces.
Please keep your face covering on unless you are actively eating or drinking.
A “face covering” is defined as a “covering that fully covers a person’s nose and mouth, including without limitation, cloth face mask, surgical mask, towels, scarves and bandanas” (State of Nevada Emergency Directive 024). All persons that cannot wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability, or who are unable to remove a mask without assistance should inform the Gala Committee.
In alignment with State of Nevada guidelines, social distancing is no longer required. However, during general mingling (when you are not at your dinner table), please maintain social distancing of six (6) feet at all times while you keep your mask on.
Regular hand washing is strongly recommended during this program to further ensure your safety.
Symptoms and contact
Any guest testing positive for COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms regardless of vaccination status should not attend the gala.
