Early housing move-in fees do apply. More information on housing can be found through the Office of Residential Life, Housing and Food Service.
NevadaFIT participants without a housing contract who are not planning on living in the residence halls during the 2019 - 2020 academic year are responsible for arranging their own housing during NevadaFIT.
Students arriving prior to August 17, 2019 can find lodging information through the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority.
Students who want to live on campus during the 2019 - 2020 academic year, should apply for housing by February 1, 2019.
NevadaFIT meal information
NevadaFIT participants will be provided breakfast, lunch and dinner starting with dinner on Saturday, August 17, 2019 and ending with lunch on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Most meals will be provided at the Downunder Cafe, unless specified on the schedule.
Students are welcome to bring additional food, snacks and drinks during NevadaFIT camps.
The University's Parking Services department enforces parking regulations year round. In order to park on campus in designated parking zones, you must have a parking permit. Please adhere to all Parking Rules and Regulations during NevadaFIT.
NevadaFIT participants who have purchased a year-long parking permit should receive their parking permit from Parking Services prior to attending NevadaFIT. Parking permits should be visible from the rearview mirror or dashboard at all times to avoid parking citations. Students may use their year-long parking permit to park in the designated NevadaFIT parking zone during the week of NevadaFIT, even if it does not match the zone on their permit for this week only.
