Annual Contact Update Instructions

Staying in contact

Thanks for your participation in the  NvLEND Trainee follow-up study. As a part of the study protocol NvLEND needs you to login and check that the contact information we have for you is current.

Brief instructions

  1. Click on the LEND Trainee Update Contact Info link
  2. Select the NV-Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities from the drop-down list
  3. Graphic highlighting drop down menu Enter in your provided login.
  4. Press “Submit”.
  5. Update your contact information, this should take 2-3 minutes at most.
