New Course on UAS Mission Planning and Execution

UAS Flight Coordinator Course (ENGR 471/671) is being offered in the Spring 2017 semester. The objectives of the course are to prepare students with no aviation or pilot experience to successfully coordinate, execute and command and control a UAS platform in a military or civilian operational environment.

New Course on Robotics

Autonomous Mobile Robot Design, offered in the Fall of 2016 by Dr. Kostas Alexis. The goal of this course will be to introduce students to the holistic design of autonomous robots - from the mechatronic design to sensors and intelligence.

Truckee Meadows Community College Certificate of Achievement - Unmanned Aerial Systems Technician

The TMCC UAS Certificate program will enable the student to gain knowledge of how unmanned aircraft systems operate and prepare for a future in the aerospace industry.
