Doug Coomler is a professional saxophonist originally from Eugene, Oregon.

He earned a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in jazz performance from the University of Nevada, Reno, and while in Reno worked as a musician, performing in many Broadway-style shows such as "Grease," "Smokey Joe's Café," "Jersey Nights," "The Rat Pack" and others. Coomler has worked with many renowned musicians and comedians, including The Temptations, The Four Tops, Johnny Mathis, The Supremes, Frank Sinatra, Bob Newhart and many more.
