Registration, lessons and payment

Because of limited space, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the camp has reached capacity, future registrants will be placed on a wait-list.

Registration fees

Registration fee is $550 per camper. This can be paid in full or paid in two installments of $275. Full payment or the first installment is due at the time of registration. The second installment must be received by June 1. Accounts that are not paid in full by this date will be dropped from registration. This includes all scholarship recipients. Please be sure that your scholarship donor is sending payment by this deadline.

Up to two optional private lessons are available for $25 each, these can be purchased online at the time of registration or separately. The last day to order lessons is June 1.

Registration is a two-step process.

STEP 1
Begin your registration online through the University of Nevada, Reno Marketplace.

STEP 2
Following the online Marketplace registration, complete, print, sign and submit the following forms to the Lake Tahoe Music Camp office within 10 business days of completing the online registration.

  1. Camp Agreement
  2. Health Form
  3. Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement
  4. Arrival/Departure Form*

* For those campers arriving by plane or driving their own vehicles, please complete the Arrival/Departure form which is to be submitted to the Lake Tahoe Music Camp office no later than June 1.

Forms are due within 10 business days after completing the online portion of the registration. These required forms must be mailed or faxed to our Camp Office. Please note- If these forms have not been received within 10 business days of completing online registration, your registration will be canceled, and your money will be refunded.
