Public Folder Access: Outlook 2011

  1. With Outlook open, click on Tools from the horizontal menu near the top.Tools
  2. Click on the Public Folders button. A new window will appear.Public Folders Button
  3. From the list of available public folders, click on the one you want (your public folder may be nested in your department's folder). Once selected, click on the Subscribe button.Select and Subscribe
  4. Your public folder will then appear in the sidebar on the left under Subscribed Public Folders.Subscribed Public Folders
