Mailing List Management

You many need to manage the subscribers to your list, moderate incoming messages, or review bounced e-mails. All of this can be done from within a central console on the Sympa Server.

  1. Login to the Sympa Server using your UNR e-mail address and personalized password.
  2. Click on the Home tab.Home Tab
  3. The Your Lists box displays the names of all lists you interact with, both as manager or participant. The Admin button next to a list name indicates whether you have management privileges on that list.
  4. Click on the Admin button to begin the management process.Blue Admin Button

Detailed instructions for managing lists is available by clicking on the Help tab and selecting the Administrator Guide choice. Some options include:

  • Assigning roles
  • Manage subscribers
  • Manage bounces
  • Manage shared document space
  • Manage archives
  • Moderate list
