Room Reservation Rates
Members or lessees may bring food, but must make the request to do so at the time of the reservation and a $250 cleaning deposit may be required. Alcohol may be served, but only in accordance with University policies and must be requested a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the event.

*AV capabilities includes: screen casting, computer podium for presentations, and room wide speakers. Support for your meeting is available upon request.
Additional charges will apply for events that require additional staffing support, or after-hours events that require staffing.
Controlled substance and tobacco possession or use is prohibited. Alcohol may only be served in accordance with University of Nevada, Reno policies and with the written prior consent of The Innevation Center.
