In 2020, I completed my Master’s Degree in Geography, specialization: Exploration of Polar and High Mountain Areas at University of Silesia in Poland. I defended a master thesis focused on microplastic contamination in high mountains. Before master studies, I completed a Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering at AGH Academy of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland in 2018.

Following the topic of my master’s thesis, I am now enrolled in the Hydrology Ph.D. program, working with Monica Arienzo. My research focuses on contamination of microplastic in snow in Sierra Nevada mountains.

When not working, I’m into climbing, mountaineering and skiing. I’m a member of the Polish Nation Alpine Team and Polish Search and Rescue (GOPR). I’m also creating drone videos and writing a blog focused on my research and adventures.
