Overload Policy

An Overload (OVL) is compensation for additional duties or hours not included in the employee's Roll Statement (academic) or Position Description Questionnaire (administrative). Overloads must be approved by the dean or vice president. If doing work for a department other than home department, signatures of both deans or VPs must be included on the Terms of Employment.
