Alternative work arrangement and/or leave for COVID-19 illness and self-quarantine
Employees who have direct illness, exposure and quarantine related to COVID-19 should request a flexible work location if they are capable of working and can do so from a non-campus location. If the employee cannot work due to illness or the requirement to report to work, Administrative Leave with Pay may be granted. This leave is up to 14 days for direct illness, exposure and quarantine related to COVID-19. Employees must initiate a request for paid leave or work from a flexible work location. The request will be forwarded to Human Resources for review and determination. Supporting documentation will be required.
