Dissertation Bootcamp

Dissertation Boot Camp

The Graduate Student Association offers a week long Dissertation Bootcamp. The goal of our bootcamp is to provide 4 hours a day of uninterrupted writing time in a supportive working environment for students currently working on or completing their thesis or dissertation. We typically offer two time slots (8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5pm) with a workshop and lunch provided for both groups from 12- 1 pm each day. These workshops are designed to help you be more successful in your writing and include presentations from the University Writing Center, the University Libraries, and University Counseling Services.

Space is often limited to a select number of participants. More information and a sign-up form will be posted when a new bootcamp is scheduled for Fall 2017.

Since space is limited, we ask that you sign-up only if you are able to commit to the full five days (4 hours + 1 hour workshop).
