Ellyn Huggins is a 3rd year Geology Ph.D. student in the Department of Geological Sciences and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her research interests lie in connecting field-based observations to quantitative tools to understand the evolution and transport of erupting magmas. Field areas include the Alaskan Peninsula and her computer. Ellyn graduated from University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Geology in 2016.
