I completed my BS in Geology at UNR in 2018. I am currently pursuing an MS in Geology with Dr. Scott McCoy.
My research interests are primarily surface processes and natural hazards. My MS project focuses on the variation in post-wildfire perturbations to soil hydraulic properties across a climatic gradient. This is part of a larger project that seeks to understand why post-fire debris flow initiation thresholds vary in different climates, and to improve the accuracy of predictive hazard models.
