Facility Use Policy
Any university recognized group or organization wishing to schedule a FRS facility must submit our Facility Request Form at least one business week prior to the event. Non-University groups must first email FRS Scheduling Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. More information regarding our facility requests and our policies here.
Use of Fitness and Recreational Sports facilities is primarily reserved for students, faculty and staff. Student clubs with non-student participants may use the facility but their participating guests will be required to be accompanied by a member of the organization and pay the current guest fee per person per visit.

All outside groups requesting the use of Fitness and Recreational Sports facilities will be charged a facility use fee, plus any additional staffing as determined by Fitness and Recreational Sports. NOTE: FRS reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet established rules and regulations, or when the requesting group is unable or unwilling to adequately perform all required duties and responsibilities related to the event. This also applies to outdoor reservations and weather conditions.
This is only a REQUEST for facility usage; in no way does this request constitute confirmation. FRS will contact you when your reservation has been confirmed or denied. If you are not contacted by email or phone two days prior to the event, please call (775) 682-7038.
