Cub Corps is a beginner's course intended to get you up to speed with fundamental functional movements and strength and conditioning exercises.

Your Responsibility

Must attend three times a week. Attendance times and days may be mixed. 12 of 15 classes to be completed in order to graduate from the program. 

Day 1: Monday or Tuesday = Same Workout

Day 2: Wednesday or Thursday = Same Workout

Day 3: Friday = Mandatory Workout 

Please complete the registration form and return to the Front Desk with payment.

*$50 Fee refunded after completion of the 5 week course. $50 is forfeited if there are 3 or more absences.
