Q: My program doesn't have a code!
A: We are working with each program's coordinator to complete all program templates within Taskstream. Please contact the Taskstream administrator to check on your program's status (Dr. Melissa Burnham: mburnham@unr.edu).

Q: My course instructor used a paper rubric and asked me to upload it. What do I do?
A: If this was prior to Spring of 2016, go ahead and upload your paper rubric along with your assignment and submit it to the COE Administrator account. For all classes, starting in Spring of 2016 and forward, rubrics should be completed by your instructor within the Taskstream system.

Q: I know I need to submit my work to my instructor, but my instructor is not listed in Taskstream.
A: Sometimes this happens. Please contact the Taskstream administrator prior to submitting work so that your instructor is given the appropriate level of access to Taskstream (Dr. Melissa Burnham: mburnham@unr.edu). Please do not submit work to another instructor if your instructor is not listed. It's important that your work is graded by the person teaching your class.
