Dr. Avery holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno and an M.S. and B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley.

His research focuses on analog circuit design, antenna design, audio amplifier design and maximizing signal to ratio.

He has worked as a registered professional engineering and consultant and holds several patents.

Dr. Presura received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Bucharest, Romania in 1999. His research interests include:

  • Physics of plasmas produced with pulsed power generators and high intensity lasers
  • High energy density laboratory plasma astrophysics
  • Plasmas for radiation sources and thermonuclear fusion
